A global crisis requires a global effort

In September 2020, the UN General Assembly proclaimed the second Decade of Action for Road Safety (2021-2030), with the ambitious target of preventing at least 50% of road traffic deaths and injuries by 2030. Yet more than 1.35 million people die on the road every year.

The Global Road Safety Partnership (GRSP) brings together governments, civil society and businesses to address this humanitarian crisis.

GRSP works globally through a proven “public- private- civil society” partnership model to contribute to the UN Decade of Action for Road Safety.

Our organization is a hosted programme of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies.
