The Road Safety Grants Programme has supported organizations advocating for the adoption and implementation of evidence-based policies to protect road users since 2012 and improve vehicle safety standards since 2017.
The grants programme is supported by the Bloomberg Initiative for Global Road Safety.
The Global Road Safety Partnership is pleased to announce the launch of the Round 25 Call for Proposals under the Road Safety Grants Programme. In Round 25, GRSP will accept applications for advocacy to strengthen road user policies as well as vehicle safety standards in eligible countries. Please carefully read the call for proposals to determine if you are eligible before you apply.
Applicants who are not current GRSP grantees must submit a concept note, while existing grantees may submit full proposals. All existing grantees must contact their GRSP focal persons before submitting a grant application. After you log in to our on-line system, select the following:

Before you log on to our on-line system to prepare and submit your concept note, we recommend that you read the important additional information provided below.
The deadline for submission of completed applications is 21 April 2026 at 14:00 Central European Time (CET). Applications must be submitted through our on-line system (https://grsp.flexigrant.com) and any received after the deadline will not be accepted. Your application must be 100% complete and you must click on the “Submit Application” button. If you do not receive a confirmation email from the system please contact us at rsgrants.grsp@ifrc.org.
Only applications submitted in English will be considered.
Applicants may submit more than one project concept note for funding consideration.
Applicant organizations with successful concept notes will be requested to prepare and
submit a full proposal to be evaluated for funding.
You will be informed if your concept note has been selected for advancement by 27 May 2026.
First time applicants must register on the system as per instructions.
Returning applicants should use the same email address to log in to the system while new applicants must register on the system prior to completing the concept note application.
