Road safety a concern for the mobile workforce: webinar invitation

Back to news

With an understanding of the scope of the road safety issue, particularly in emerging markets, coupled with the fact that travel for work purposes is becoming more and more common, it comes as little surprise that road safety for employees working abroad is an increasingly important occupational health and safety issue.

On this very subject, we reported on line and in our January newsletter that a series of webinars was in the planning together with the International SOS Foundation and leaders in the field from the private sector; today, we can announce the first:

When: Monday April 7, 2014
Time: 1430 Paris time (GMT+2)

These triparty webinars bring together the knowledge of road safety experts from GRSP, travel security experts from International SOS and road safety leaders from the private sector to share:

  • the latest trends / highlights in terms of road safety in emerging countries as well as the programmes being implemented worldwide;
  • best practice in road safety management systems;
  • medical and security advice aimed at both travellers, as well as at managers.

Who should attend?
Anyone responsible for employees overseas, including specialists working in medical, security, human resources, risk management, business continuity, travel and HSE departments.
