Consultant, GRSP In-Country Road Policing Enforcement – Vietnam

GRSP is seeking an in-country road policing enforcement coordinator to support our Road Policing Capacity Building Programme in Vietnam, implemented through road safety government agencies working on road safety issues and through civil society organisations. This is a GRSP activity under the BIGRS initiative.

This role requires the consultant to serve as GRSP’s primary point of contact for enforcement-related work in Vietnam under the BIGRS initiative. The consultant will assist in creating and supporting multi-sectoral partnerships to achieve road crash death and injury reduction by working closely with police and enforcement agencies in the BIGRS priority cities in Vietnam. Knowledge of systems and organisational structures in the local context, and an ability to maintain productive relationships within the policing and enforcement environment will be critical to the success of GRSP’s road policing capacity building programme.
