International Women’s Day Celebration
This International Women’s Day, we celebrate the incredible women driving change for a safer world!
Across the globe, women are at the forefront of the movement to end road trauma. We want to give a special recognition to the phenomenal women of the Global Road Safety Partnership for their tireless dedication to:
– Advocating for Legislation: Leading the charge for evidence-based road safety laws and vehicle standards that protect every road user.
– Transforming Road Policing: Supporting the Road Policing Executive Leadership Course (RPELC) to develop road policing knowledge which is essential for saving lives.
– Empowering Leaders: Delivering world-class Global Road Safety Leadership Courses, adult education to equip professionals with the tools to implement the Safe System approach worldwide.
Today’s theme, “Give To Gain,” reminds us that when we invest in women’s leadership, we all gain a safer, more just future. To the women of GRSP, the BIGRS and all road safety champions – thank you for making our roads safer for everyone, everywhere.
